A Humanitarian Crisis

Every 60 seconds, a digital nomad in Mexico City loses WiFi access.

For just $50 a day, you can help a gringo afford artisanal tacos in Roma Norte. Your support provides emergency oat milk, coworking space, and emotional validation.

*Your donation is technically tax-deductible in a country that doesn't exist.

The situation is worse than you think.

"I moved here for the culture. I stay for the $4 espresso martinis."

Real gringos. Real struggles.

These are the faces of the crisis. Each one has a story that will change the way you see your next international flight.

Chad

"I came to Mexico City for the culture. Now I can't find a single brunch spot that takes Apple Pay. I've been reduced to carrying cash. Physical money. Like an animal."

Brittany

"The WiFi at my coliving space dropped to 50mbps. I had to reschedule my breathwork Zoom. My healer said my chakras would be misaligned for a week. Nobody talks about this kind of trauma."

Jake

"I've been here 8 months and still can't order in Spanish. My Uber Eats driver judges me. Last week he left my food at the wrong building. On purpose. I know it."

"They need us. They just don't know it yet."

About the Foundation

Save The Gringos International Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the growing population of displaced Americans, Canadians, and Europeans who have bravely relocated to Mexico City in search of affordable living, good weather, and Instagram content.

Founded in 2024, our organization has provided critical resources to thousands of expats struggling to navigate life without Amazon Prime two-day shipping. From emergency Duolingo subscriptions to VPN access for US Netflix, we are on the front lines of this humanitarian effort.

"No one should have to suffer through a meal without being able to post it to their Instagram story first."

Here, tradition is preserved, lifestyles are curated, and the inability to speak the local language is treated as a personality trait.
